Pre-Order Watches:

Please be aware that watches purchased on a pre-order sale are excluded from the delivery estimates below. These are ordered months in advance and will be clearly indicated when the delivery estimate will be.

Australian Delivery Costs:

$12.00 for orders up to $99
FREE for orders over $99

TW Steel Watches & Watch Band orders are delivered through our logistics partners Star Track and Australia Express Post. Tracking information will be updated in your order once it has been shipped.

Australian Delivery Time Frames:

Our parcels to Australia are sent via Express services where possible

1 to 5 working days*

New Zealand Delivery Costs:

$15 for orders up to $99

International Delivery:

We do not currently ship to international destinations other than New Zealand.

Signature on delivery:

As we are sending watch products, a signature is required for all deliveries. If you request for your parcel to be left in a safe place by the courier we are not viable for any lost deliveries.
